I been waiting for 48 hours now for them to turn up and collect a package...
.. and i'm getting very hungry too....
my advice... pay a bit more and use Parcelforce.

Deliver it yourself.
That way you can stop off at a caf for a couple of hours, along the way. I think I used those people when I sent your cheque out. The most recent one was attached to the tail of a stray dog. If you put some winalot outside your door, it might turn up.

yeah, they are useless.
They keep mailing me saying they will rearrange collection, even though they have stated they can't take it. They won't refund either ... don't answer mails etc. I've reported them to trading standards and need to go to the small claims now!!!
