Default Hotels in Prague

Prob SIAL but I did search and it didn't come back with much!

A few friends and I are heading over for a long weekend in April. I've been before but it was all sorted for me then!!!

Can anyone recommend any cheapish, but good hotels near the centre?

Cheers

Stayed at Andels just before Xmas. Depends how many "sharing", but it worked out about £25/£30 a night each.

2mins from Metro and just a couple of stops until you're bang in the centre.

One of the lads from work just got back. He stayed at the Red Lion up near the Castle. Around £60 per night for a double room.

Atmos also offer transfers to and from Airport.

well worth doing IMO... the town centre is 30 minutes drive away, and to know how much the taxi is going to be in advance is one less thing to worry about when you get out of the airport..

I can get you a discount room in Hotel u.prince? Usually £150 per room per night, but I can get more or less 40% off as I know the owner's best mate

email me if you're interested?

OR he owns another hotel nearby with a nightclub in the basement, with laydees with no clothes on all over the place

Nice hotel that, spent a bit of time drinking outside that one, and in the roof bar (that is the one with the roof bar?)

Most appreciate the offer, nice to have a few options!! Will run them by the lads!

The Andels is very nice, as Ozzy says.

I booked through lastminute.com and it was very well priced.

Got picked up from the airport in a 7 series BMW, felt like royalty!! Apartment was very nice, had a problem with the boiler which was fixed in a few hours. All in all an excellent service.

I know its nice! but its still 80 per night with the 40%. The appartment would work out at 80 each for all 3 nights!

Leaves more beer money

(But ta to Burr for the offer - very kind )

Heh - I see what you mean - Sort of !! At 30 p a pint in places it's hard to spend a shedload !!!!

Is it just me or have the Czech's shipped all the dogs out to another country ? Scotland perhaps ? The local Laydees are stunning !!

Trouble is, the beer is not 30p a pint in the clubs... more like £2 (in darlings)... so get beered up in the sport bar and venture to Wenslas Area late...

Also.. the night club on the river bank is mad....closes about 6am...just in time for breakfast...
