i watched it!! something addictive about that film, nothing much happens but you tend to be able to not walk away from it!
Now i'm proper tired after sitting up til 1 and being at work at 7 ! What a wuss i am!

Duel was one of Spielbergs first films. Specially made for TV it is a classic. I can watch that film everytime it comes on TV. Reminds me of the time I was chased up the "Cat and Fiddle" near Buxton by a Commer van while I was in a Vauxhall HB Viva. My engine was overheating and hunting like mad all the way to the summit. Commer van was right up my tail and white smoke was puffing from my exhaust. Scary stuff.

i watched it!! something addictive about that film
ET was on earlier wasn't it? That has a similar quality, as does Close Encounters (my fav Spielberg film)
