Default Another ebay question!

I've just had an auction close for £82 for a phone, and the winning buyer is a new ebay user with zero feedback and no account activity.

They have paid by Paypal and their paypal address is Confirmed, which according to PayPal means:

What is a Confirmed Address?
A buyer's Confirmed Address is checked against the credit card billing address maintained by his or her credit card company.

Anyone think it's ok to post straight away?

I'd heard stories of paypal taking money back many days after a payment has been made so am a bit wary.

cheers,

greg

Can you not just move the funds out of paypal into your nominated bank acc?

I think if the money is on its way in the transfer, payal won't be able to get it back. I have had problems in past with standing orders, and bank said once it has gone, it has gone, could be wrong?

As he has a PayPal confirmed address, you should be fine to post it as long as it is only to the confirmed address. If he asks for it to be posted elsewhere be wary.

a confirmed address means paypal have sent him a letter and he has entered the code on the letter into the website.

So it proves he resides at that address.
