I only ever buy stuff in Curry's if i need it right now!. If I need to order something (ie not a screaming rush) I get it off the net which is much cheaper.
I had to take a DVD player that my folks bought me back last year. It took weeks and when I got it back still didn't work. To their credit they did replace it with the latest replacement for the model I had though I suspect this was because the Manager foresaw a small explosion about to occur in the middle of his busy shop

They are a right bunch 
My fiancee bought a TV from there last year and it developed a fault (high pitched screech) so she took it back. They sent it off for repair but lost it!!! They knew it was lost but wouldn't replace it until it had been away for 28 days 
She & I won't be going there again

Had that a while ago with a stereo I bought from them.
Took it back, went in 3 weeks later and they had no idea of it, that they had it or where it was. Only when I showed them the forms they gave me would they even admit they'd taken it in. Suffice to say I got a new one, which has fortunately been fine!
