reporting someone using my picture on ebay (Again)
I had this the other day, but they removed it.
Now someone eles is doing it.

It they are using your link (and your bandwidth), add some text to the picture to identify it as your item not theirs. If they have simply copied your picture, what's the problem?

theres no need to use someones elses pictures, i get this regularly (hate it)
ebay have always stopped the auctions when they've copied the pic so just keep reporting it.

I get this all the time and it really winds me up- ditto for lazy f*ckers cutting and pasting entire descriptions.
Its wrong because:
- i got off my *** in the first place to take a picture
- sometimes they dont even have the item- and its a scam
- its lazy
- I am PAYING to have it my auction in the first place
- its copyright theft ( albeit on a small scale)
- My pictures are always taken in front of a very distinctive record box- which is unique to my listings. i do not want people buying thinking they are buying from one of my accounts from someone stealing my pictures.
