Default CAR PARKS AND GOOD CARS

I have just been shopping and only now has i dawned on me that where my scoob was parked at the back of the car park there were all nice motors near me.(it was a busy day)

i always park away from the front of the shops where there are no other cars as i dont mind walking 50 metres, anybody else do this.

Mac.

I park away from the shops and take up 2 spaces that way no one can park next to your car. I only do this after someone bumped into the back of my car when I think they were trying to park next to me and caused £200 worth of damage.

taking 2 spaces...selfish beyond belief. i'm as curtious as possible when parking but by god i'd almost be tempted to go and smash a car up if it has taken 2 spaces!!!

I have my favourite "Scooby spaces" in my regular car parks. If they're full - I go home! Parking in 2 spaces is likely to antagonise someone & you could get "keyed". I look for spaces where I'm next to only one car & then give that car LOADS of room to get out. Supermarket car parks are a nightmare! My last car (ST170) had someone reverse across from the other parking bank into it!

Well, if they're full then there's no places for you to park so what else could you do

I like parking my 406 next to the fancy scoobys/evo's at the back of the car park. You just know the owner gets that sinking feeling as he approaches Of course, little does he/she know I'm an enthusiast and would never be careless getting out my car.

I always park 1 space from an end, and just over the line so the end space is just too small to consider, and a good distance from the crowded bit (dependent on busy-ness). Did backfire on me once, when a chav'd up thing squeezed in and made it impossible for me to enter through my drivers door I just about managed to squeeze by after entering through the passenger side and rolling it back a little, and I don't think it was me that accidently caught his door mirror and left it hanging on the wires.

There was a dozy biatch this morning who reversed into some dumped trolleys and sent them careering down the carpark. She never even noticed

Normally park across 2 spaces in the supermarket carpark.

Previously had too many door dings from all the old gimmers around here, who can't get in and out of their cars and don't notice they've run their bumper along your car in swinging in or out of their space

In taking up 2 spaces, I always park a distance from the shop and only in an area where there are no other cars, hence no one to get upset about me using up 2 spaces.
