Default Leaving Negative feedback (At The Very Last Moment)

Does anyone know when the last possible moment would be that I could leave negative feedback for someone on eBay ?

This is when the aucction ended :

23-Oct-04 22:55:50 BST

To cut a long story short, someone lifted my leg and I want to leave them negative. Trouble is they would leave me negative, even though they have admitted they are in the wrong

I suppose thats the kind of crap you sometimes have to put up with on eBay unfortunately

This is a genuine post, and I have genuinly got a good reason for leaving him negative geedback, so any help is appreciated.

Thanks

I never leave negative unless Ive already reported them as a non-payer (then they cant leave you feedback), as when you've got a lot of good feedback its just not worth risking getting a negative.

Most problems can normally be sorted out through Ebay, theyre really helpful and quick to reply to requests.

is that true, once you've filed a npb they can't leave feedback?

You need to first send a payment reminder, then if they still havent responded after 14 days or something you file a non-paying bidder alert, then if they dont respond still you can request a refund for the fees. At this point you can then leave them negative feedback, and they cant leave you any feedback at all for the item.

Thanks Pete, my main gripe was when I gave a seller a NEUTRAL because they had messed me a round with postal charges (charged me for 1st Class and sent 2nd class). No big deal I know but then seller left me a Negative saying she knew when parcel had arrived as she had spoken to PO. Complete bollox as PO don't track unrecorded post. So I asked e-bay to remove feedback but not a word from them. DL

at least 90 days

Don't bank on sneaking a neg in there at the last minute - you might find that the other guy has a couple of weeks left to leave you some in return.

i also have a neg feedback from a idiot who was bidding for a laugh and never made contact, i left him neg and the wan ker done the same to me!!!
