I bought something from "thesharperedge" online, a leatherman Supertool..
Had it giftwrapped..
Mate opened it yesterday and the packaging looked quite dated, on closer inspection it turned out to be an "out of date model" (according to leatherman.com) a PST II.
Hunted for the receipt and yes, on the receipt it had PST II..
BUT, on checking their website again the ONLY model of tool displayed was the Supertool.
My question is, Is that false advertising/ fraud?
Displaying one model and shipping a different one?
I can see them arguing the toss over "well that's what the reciept says" and that's what I've got, but it's not what I "added to basket".
Am I right in thinking that whatever it says on receipt is irrelevant (could just be a number for all care) It's what I viewed and added to my basket that is important.
Paid £65 fecking quid for it too.

mrs was so impressed with the cam, she splashed out and put some in for a better one for herself,,,
we now have a 3 mega pixel samsung.. i dropped the suspect mem card into it, and it formatted it a treat in about 1 second flat, and stores piccy no probs..
i think the original cam was deffo defective..
