Mounted Police
Ok, was on on the town Sunday night and came across 2 mounted Police officers trotting though Beeston,(these have been going round now for a couple of weeks) well, whislt they were plodding() along one of the horse's decided to let go and do a HUGE number 2, smack in the middle of a the pedestrain area in Beeston Square, now a little worse for wear we jokingly mentioned to the officer, that your gonna need a dustbin liner to clear that mess up to which the smart *** replied, No i don't and if you don't shut your mouth i'll get you doing it
yer like **** ya will, i mutted sheepishly under my coughing, but we thought better than entering into a discussion about it, as we all know what the outcome would be, and so wondered off to the next port of call for some more christmas cheer
So, as it's an offence to allow your dog to foul a public footpath, does the same law apply to the mounted Police, or for that matter any person riding a horse on a public footpath ???

Last time I checked it's not a legal requirement to clear up horse eggs

What nearly happened to me is that local mounted plod's nag dropped one on the exit to a junction and as I came round the corner on my motorbike, couldn't avoid it and the front end moved out Managed to catch it but everso nearly a nasty accident
Now, for that I reckon I could've sued

You get fines for having spots? There's a lot of Saxo owners who'll be in trouble then .....
