Default Scoobynet + membership, free trial anyone?

I am curious as to what goes on in these other forums, however I have recently spent the next three months wages on phone votes - the missus will kill when she finds out

anyway, how about a free weeks trial as it's christmas and I am skint ?.

To be honest, if you had a free look, I don't think you'd bother paying for it.

Apart from the for sale sections, the other subs only areas are not used that much. Fight club is only being used to store any flame war threads that now come up.

Yes it looks nice, but I don't think it's really had the uptake it was meant to. There are other benefits but I can't remember what they are, and no, I am NOT being sarcastic here, I genuinely cannot recall what they are. If I could find the letter from SN about it, I'd post what it says here.

ooh, I do recall one thing, membership card and keyring, and I do like them, again, not taking the pish, being serious.

Scoobynet Membership incorporates the following advantages:
  • ScoobyNetPlus Membership Card
  • Official Scoobynet Car Stickers
  • ScoobyNetPlus Keyring
  • Upon activation of your membership, you will have (if requested) already received your PLUS MEMBER icon under your ScoobyNet username.
  • Being an official member of ScoobyNet entitles you to savings at shop.scoobynet.co.uk
  • Exclusive ScoobyNetPlus special offers from our many vendors & entitlement
  • Exclusive ScoobyNet competitions and services as they become available.
  • You are also entitled to “Access All Areas” within the forums at www.scoobynet.co.uk.
From the feedback we have from present and past SNPLUS members is that the forum access is perhaps one of the least reasons they purchase the membership for. Without doubt the biggest reason is for support of the community in helping to support the site's viability and sustainability. We also get a huge percentage that become SNPLUS members because of the very good discounts that are available on ScoobyShop.

Regards,
Shaun.

Is there a paupers version available? I havent got a car, let alone a scoob, so stickers and keyrings are not needed, and a discounted backbox from TSL is not really at the top of my shopping list.

Access to all forums only, got to be worth a tenner? ( interest free over 10 easy payments )

would be a good idea for Shaun to open up the whole board for the xmas week, a sort of try before you buy thing.
and, just to make it antagonising, start a really cool thread in a subscription only forum (promising free gear or the like) the night before the free week runs out!

Andy (Also a Bah Humbug type)

maybe we could all chip in a quid and get a collective "NSR SN+" membership - then we could paste the interesting bits of fight club threads (if there are any) back into NSR, for all to see.
