What are you the cleaner at the station then
I didnt say anything about pigs at the time. Just said to me friend, "there's a fuzz car, must be someone special here", nowhere near the copper. Alls I did was say Hello. And they wonder why no one has respect for them.

It cut no ice in 1945, and it doesn't now

Must be a real dangerous and thankless job when they can't even go after a 15 yr old girl.

I'm a 'pig' and part of the job is looking at people or 'eyeballing'.
Police out on duty don't really obey orders, it's a personal office we hold. We are tasked to look out for things and follow direction from our control room, as per 999 calls. You pick up calls if you're near them or if they're serious and require backup.
Contrary to popular belief 99.99999% of us do the job to get the people that cause crime and ruin the lives of the general law abiding populous.

Here's ANOTHER beauty from Scunny, (Humberside police):

And that after someone somewhere else got 3 months youth custody for pointing a replica at someone.

Unfortunately, you'll have to copy and paste the link without the gap in the town name as it deletes it otherwise!
Or just go onto the site www.thisisscun%20thorpe.co.uk, it's on the first page!
It IS worth a look though, esp for all those who STILL believe the police do a good job

It must be a pisser trying to email sc*nthorpe.gov.uk! What I was going to say was covered by fatherpierre; in my experience Police officers regularly make eye contact with people and in this circumstance its common to say 'Hello' to them. It sounds as though the man was a ****; there are ***** in the Police force just as there are everywhere else.
