Anyone know how i might go about "turnin off" an ansa machine on a motorola V500.

Problem is, on pay as u go, the phone will only ring for 30 secs but on contract it will ring an ring an ring.

Orange say that this is normal, but when u wanna download an entire mp3 for a ring tone only to find out you can only listen to the first 30 secs of it, its a bit annoyin,

There must be someone out there there knows how to "doctor" the phone an therefore gettin rid of the answer phone.

Any help would b greatly appreciated as i have just spent £30 on gettin a data cable to transfer from pc to phone

check your menu,s!!

on my treo it has call setting,s i can choose to send the call to certain numbers on no answer, phone off etc...



got to say it though, why do you want to listen to a ring tone through a .5cm spkr???

already checked the menus mate, an nothing. it must b somethin to do wiv somethin in the phone or sim card ? cos my mums contract phone will jus ring foreva

ps. any downloaded dance toon is betta than the default ring tones u get
