Entry level Cat1 Alarm?

Can anybody suggest a half decent but not massively priced entry level cat1 alarm? Also fitters in the Bracknell/Berkshire area would be good.

Clifford Concept 300 is a good buy, as is the Avital Maxx 3 (?)
