I am opening a new dental practice in the next few weeks and need some office furniture. I need a reception desk, 20 waiting room chairs and storage units. I was looking at chairs from Makro but they don't have the ones I was looking for in Glasgow (2 for £25). All the reception desks I have looked at are poor quality and or mega expensive.
Anyone on here sell office stuff or know where I can get decent stuff cheap. I have had a look on websites and been to Dams but the stuff looks cheap or is mega expensive.

Try a look in Yellow Pages for a local second hand office furniture place, can be some right bargains to be had, not all knackerd and from the 70's. They often buy from liquidators auctions and some nice tidy stuff to be had for a goos price.

I did go to a place in Glasgow that sold second hand stuff. It may have been be but I thought he was taking the p1ss with his prices.

I kitted out a small office with stuff from Office World. Good quality - reasonable prices if you want new stuff. Would suit dental surgery (used to manage one!).

Most of the Dams stuff is okay but they only had two reception desks and looked cheap. I have found these chairs from Staples http://www.staples.co.uk/ENG/Catalog...affixedcode=WW but they wont answer the phone. I got the free camera from them a few months ago and the service seemed okay but i've heard a few bad stories on here about them.
