Default Please help.........Desperate person......

Not sure if this should be in wanted but here goes anyway. I depserately need to find someone who can supply me with two bolts. The need to accomodate a 20mm bar and one needs to be right hand thread and the other needs to be left hand thread. I have looked at screwfix but can't get it from there.

Having used the power of Scoobynet before I guess it might work in my favour again.

Please help, I am going grey prematurely!

I know the nuts on pushbike pedals which bolt them to the crank are opposite threads but dont know if they are 20mm

The other possibility is to buy a tool which cuts threads, forget the name of it offhand.

The other possibility is to ask an engineering shop or garage to make you want you want.

Thanks for all the comments. Basically I bought a strut brace but being the monkey I am I didn't realise that the threads were in opposite directions! My own fault I know but I have managed to completely trash one of the bolts before realising what a plank I am!

Need to get a replacement now and thought that while I was at it I should replace both of them so they both look shiny!

Any help is appreciated.

Tap and/or die set. Once cuts threads on bolts, the other cuts threads in erm... holes.
