Anyone sold a car on ebay?
If so do they ask you to prove that you are the legal owner of the car? Looking at one thats come back on for sale after being removed and the guy is saying that ebay wanted him to prove he was the legal owner, because he didnt respond within a very short space of time (2 hrs) he said his account was blocked, sounds a little suspect to me so need to make sure, o and its an sti so I dont want to take a single chance!

I've bought 3 and sold 3. They never ask if you own it.
You can stick any pic you like on there, advertise it as yours then sell it without ever owning it.

Why would they? Nobody asks you to prove you're the legal owner of anything else sold on ebay, why should cars be any different?
I sold my van on there last week, nobody asked me anything.
