Photographic Backgrounds - where in the UK?
Hi folks,
I have an urgent need for two 10' wide x 20' long photographic studio backgrounds preferably muslin, one white one black.
Any idea where I can get these from in the UK at a good price and quickly.
Google just sends me to the US or to those stupid online marketplaces that have no relevance to what you're looking for.
Thanks in advance,
tiggers.

www.warehouseexpress.co.uk have the Lastolite range amongst other studio stuff. (under: Photographic | Studio). As an aside, industry standard width for paper/cloth background seems to be 9 foot, so 10 foot might be pushing it.
If it has to be muslin I've found it a lot cheaper to go to one of those soft furnishings places (does curtains, sewing etc.). They usually have all sorts of materials on th roll and you can buy exactly what you need.
Cheers
Ian

Thanks Ian,
What sort of widths do the soft furnishings places do? I'm keen not to have a seam if I can avoid it.
Regards,
tiggers.

Speed Graphic would have been my first suggestion too. Others that might be worth a call are:
