F.A.O Yoza, buying a Seiko watch from USA

I'm sure you'll be able to offer advice, I'm want a Seiko SNA281 (yellow face - I know not to everyones taste), have found a couple of sites in the USA who will ship to the UK (it's a model only available in the USA), Diamond.com and Ashford.com (both are part of worldofwatches.com), have you ever dealt with either of these ? they require payment through Western union money wire service, have you used this ? does it cost ?.
Unfortunately I don't know anyone living in the USA, who would be (willing) or able to negotiate a good price (rrp is $500 but found it for $300), pay for it and send it over to me.
Any advice on any of the above would be much appreciated.

It'll be okay if it's from New york just add 5 hours, simple really. 
Sound advice bit
Don't use western union it is designed to wire money to people YOU KNOW so they can collect without too much hassle in the way of ID. Any legitimate business preferring Western Union transfer is unlikely to be errrr legitimate.
