Just seen an advert on MTV for a 'crazy frog' ring tone - it's a cartoon frog imitating the sound of a two stroke motorbike - it's bloody priceless. I've done a search to see if I can find it on the web anywhere - any seen it or got a link?

If I'm not mistaken this was a sound only thing played to the picture of an F1 racing car which you had to try not to laugh at for as long as possible which was doing the rounds on the web 2 or 3 years ago.

Looks like one of those annoying ringtone companies has ripped it off, paired it with a frog animation or something and are now making a killing selling it to stupid punters at X quid a time.

Yeah, now you mention it I think you're right. Have to say the cartoon frog is priceless with it though..

I think the file name for that noise actualy originated from the trabant in east germany, someone decided it was funny to re-create the trabant!!

as djuk says the sound clip has been used on various internet 'funnies' over the last 2 years. They have ripped it off in an attempt to fleece money from the gullable f_ckwits that buy ringtones

The blue frog is called the annoying thing and was done as a 3d animation test

Bit like the hippo in the thong thing...I'm sure that was ripped off the net too by the ringtone company

Especially when the original was done to Sisqo's Thong Song - it made far more sense why there was a hippo was dancing about in a thong The one the on the ads had their own tune which made it rather pointless.
