I heard them talking about this on our local radio station on the way into work this morning....apparently you can download a bunch of files for your iPod which will give you spoken commentary on the state of the toilets in the London area.
Some people have WAY too much time on their hands !

Can you believe the irony?
I already have to go home and dig around in my front garden somewhere right by the hoooge palm tree to find the access to my drains, as most of them are blocked ATM (doubtless by the tree roots ).
NOW we get a message at work saying there is no water in the building, as some digger nearby has hit a mains pipe!
Tell me it's not true...

Fantastic, Lisbon's in chaos. (Better than cha0s being in Lisbon, I suppose )
There's a main (4-lane) road that runs all along the riverfront in the busiest area of Lisbon. For some reason, an old 80cm-diameter water pipe underneath it has given up the ghost, swallowing a few cars in the process, flooding most of the road, and necessitating the cutting of water supplies to an estimated 150 000 people, according to the news. Won't be fixed until 7-8pm - ie, just after rush hour!
Brisk walk to the station tonight, methinks!
