Memorial on M40 Northbound - Oxford
Driving the many miles that I do I see loads of small memorials/ bunches of flowers alongside the motorways, but there's one on the M40 which is very elaborate and well kept and I wondered if anyone knew anything about it.
It's northbound, after the Oxford junction, just after the big sweeping left hand bend that brings you onto the long straight with the pylons down the right hand side. It has a wooden cross and lots and lots of flowers.
I also wondered how it was kept so well looked after as presumably the police would frown on people stopping to tend to it.
Just curious - thanks in advance for any info!

Is it for the minibus full of kids who crashed near there? I remember they hit a parked roadworks vehicle full on, after the minibus drifted on to the hard shoulder.
