Put in the frame
My mate has volunteered my self as the driver of his car as he has received 11 speeding tickets over the past few months and needs his car for work.
He advised me that he had given my name , email address and now my home address in Oz.
To date I have not received any notification from the UK authorities.
I haven't been in the the UK for over 2 years.
I dont have any intention of returning to the UK in the near future and then only as a tourist ,but if this comes on top , should I just put my hands up and admit I was the driver?Otherwise my friend will be in deep **** I suspect.

He's obviously not learning his lesson by it because people like you keep taking te rap for him, which isn't fair, you get points on your licence for something you haven't done and he gets away with it yet again, until he does it again !
I know he's your friend, but if I was in your shoes, I would tell him where to go and take what's coming to him, if he loses his licence, then so be it, it's his own fault, he should learn not to speed etc and take better care whilst driving. Maybe it will bring it home to him if that happens.....
