Question 2nd hand fox float ?

anyone know where to get one cheap, apart from ebay ? i'm talkin less than £100, preferably around the £50 mark.

the shockworks shock in my 98 riftzone is bleeding to death in the garage as we speak so may as well ditch the old coil affair and go for an air float. needs to be 165mm. all suggestions welcome.

does anyone know if the shock fittings are standard ? will i need some kinda fitting kit if i go from shockworks to fox ?

cheers

eh?

I found a floating fox in a lake once, we nicknamed him "bob" and pushed him back out to sea with a big stick.

You could also have a word with Tim Flooks - he often has recon'd shox which will inevitably (given his suspension-tuning magic abilities) work better than a brand new one.

Cheers Mark. I had a look - they wanted £165 for a recon fox float. Picked one up off ebay for £41 delivered. Its inaugaral test flight yesterday was very impressive. Was surprised how much better it was than the coil over affair I was running....

Nice one. What a bargain!

I was thinking the same about my rear fox when I rode the new Spooky Wood section at Glentress on Saturday. Bloody awesome - so good we did it 3 times!
