I went to a presentation last night about the Quicksilver world water speed record attempt. What a superb evening and a great british project! Nigel Macknight (The initiator of the project and driver) presented the talk and came across as very interesting and motivated man. Not only has he got this project up and running he has managed to gather a very interesting and talented team around him, quicksilvers chief designer is Ken Norris who with his brother designed the original Bluebirds!

If you get chance to go to this i can strongly reccomend it!
