Im on my third week of annual leave from work, i was really gonna concentrate on training (gym) and get my nutrition spot on.
However, it didn't quite work out, ive been getting up late etc and havent been in the gym since last week.
I got my Scooby last week too so been neglecting the gym even more

what the hell is wrong with you?! at most you need to hit the weights 3-4 times a week, 1 hour each, and 3 cardio sessions for 45 mins each. thats 6 hours total work PER WEEK. thats 3.5 frickin percent of your lazy-*** week. *3.5%* and you can't even manage to get off your backside and do it?!
