Top film, even better book. Simon lives not far away; he's a top bloke who has suffered a lot of unfair criticism from people who didn't understand the situation. The book/film has helped to set the record straight as well as being a best seller, fair play to Joe Simpson.

Not sure that Simon had any other choice than the one he made. As for the other guy lowering himself further down the crevace - Not sure I could have done that - But then I wouldn't have been on the Mountain in the first place .
