Northern Rock muppets!
Arrrgggh!
Why did I take a mortgage out with these people?
I wrote to them in detail asking them to do 2 things to my account - they got them both wrong
I rang them and the women who answered did not know if it was morning or afternoon
It then took me 4 goes at explaining their ***** up before she finally got the idea.
She says she will put it right.
I am not very confident

not just northern rock mate, almost every company Ive had the displeasure of speaking too have had idiots in their work force.... think they have been employed to stop discrimination of people who are thick

When I first changed my loan, it took 45 mins and about 6 different people before I finally managed to speak to someone that actually knew what they were talking about

fast bloke, nowt wrong with my communication skills thanks, I always make sure Im explaining things clearly. Think people dont know how to clean their ears tbh....
