Exclamation Do you stop to give lifts to neighbours........

...if they are waiting at bus stops, even though you may hardly know them.

In the last year i've stopped to give a lift to one of my neighbours even though i've never spoken to him, obviously he recognised me,but was a bit surprised.
I've also driven past a student neighbour when i could have maybe given him a lift.

What do you do?

Quite a few of our neighbours don't need to either - they appear to be quite adept at sourcing their own vehicular transportation when the need arises......

Most of my neighbours have kids in the 16-20 age range and not all have a car.

I would certainly offer a lift to a neighbour. Not too difficult to do really.

I do but hey, I once drove 100 or so miles out of my way to give a perfect stranger a lift once so I'm obviously an idiot (with a fuel card)

Yeah for sure I'll offer a lift to a neighbour. If I'm not in a rush, I'll take them to the doorstep of their destination. It's a pleasant thing to do.

*SHOCK* *HORROR*

You mean you'd actually do something for your fellow man (or woman)without thought of reward or ulterior motive. That's not the scoobynet way!

Neighbour one:
Chav scum that assaulted me. I would put my foot to the floor if he stepped in the road... Soon to be moving. Good riddance
Neighbour two:
Close to deaths door and can barely walk, so wouldnt make it to the bus stop.

If its anyone i get on with then sure- but not my neighbours

Stopped to give my neighbours 17 year old daughter a lift home in the rain once. Never actually heard a word out of her as she was soo quiet. Nice girl and pretty too.

My misses got all pissy and accused me of wanting to sleep with young pretty girls.

Well, DUH!!
