A Faith Restoring eBay Tale
I recently sold my old Olympus SLR camera on eBay for £80.00. The lady who bought it wanted it as a present for her brother. We had a few friendly e-mail exchanges before the cheque arrived.
I sent the camera which she duly acknowledged receipt of and was well chuffed with it. I went to find the cheque to pay it in only to find the wife had been tidying up again and had binned it.
I e-mailed the buyer to tell her and 2 days later another cheque popped through the letterbox which I managed to keep hold of!

Ebay can be good.
I won some Throttle Bodies for the 205 on Saturday night. Posted the cheque for £63 off Monday afternoon, and they arrived well packaged and immaculate on Wednesday
Sometimes you just have to trust folk - he could have cashed my cheque and that would be it.
