where to meet someone around m25/M4?

i am coming from M4 J10 to meet someone who is coming from north London....i sugested somewhere around M25/M4 junc.

where can 2 cars best meet round there? is there a services? ideally, nearer me than him if it cant be at the J.

or the services on the A1/M25 interchange (closer to him than you though)

probaly of no use to you

Actually, I got the impression that an awful lot of cars met around that area at about 8am every weekday...
