Setting up a company in the netherlands
Hi peeps
Firstly, let me say that I *have* googled but I need some points clearing up for me.
Basically its an e-commmerce site dealing with adult related merchandise with a virtual product etc. Now the actual process of setting up the company is straightforward enough and roughly inline with the UK but
a) Does the requirement for a minimum investment of 18,000 euros still stand
b) Where can I find information on the tax reqime ?
Also would I have to be resident in the netherlands to start up such a company ?
