Just sold one of these myself! is this the beige one which looks a bit like a yank fridge? Haven't got the manual I am afraid but cool pedal! what did you want the manual for just out of interest?

Yep - that's the one Andy.. Looks like something out of a 50's diner....

Was reading the HarmonyCentral.com user reviews and quite a few people commented that the manual had some good 'sample' settings... I'm new to this pedal lark (long-time bass player recently turned to the dark side!) so was looking for some structure for my experimentation!

I bought mine off eBay a few months back - wasn't from you was it?

Lol no I sold mine to a mate a while ago, from what I remember there are four controls but I can't remember what they do! tho I seem to remember the pedal was good for AC/DC style crunchy sounds as supposed to out and out metal distortion, remind me what the controls are and I may remember!

It has volume, bass, mid and treble eq and overdrive level..

It's deffo more of a blues rock sound than hard-core metal that I'm after - but my efforts so far a sometimes a little on the buzzy side.

I can't remember exact settings but the general rule for crunch is cutting the middle out quite alot, so lots of bass quite a lot of treble and little mid, that with the bridge pickup and 2/3rds to 3/4 overdrive should sound very Angus Young! As far as blues type, I would hazzard a guess as less treble bit more mid and the middle setting on your Les Pauls pick up selector

Enjoy

Sod that!

Get either a TC BLD or a Fulltone Pro the two best OD pedals around - imho!
