SORE BACK/ LEGS FROM WASHING CAR
Does anyone else get this? I am right handed, gave my car a good wash yesterday (as did that horrendous rain - what's that all about) and my right leg is killing me. I think it is my sciatic nerve. Anyone else get this?

If you think you have a sciatic nerve problem (and your description suggests you have) you've got to go and see a Doc.
From what I understand going for a good walk aleviates the symptons.

Yes, especially today but then again we spent 8 hours yesterday removing the engine from my 205 without an engine crane, so I should expect the pain really.
The siatic thing is bad - also get that after a long bike ride, no cure though unfortunately.

I also get Sciatica, sometimes I can hardly walk but my doctor tells me to try and keep mobile. I'm booked in for an MRI scan in a couple of weeks to try and find out what's causing it.
There's a list of reasons here: http://www.spine-health.com/topics/c...c_nerve01.html and here: http://www.nhsdirect.nhs.uk/en.asp?TopicID=405
