Question Texting to Landlines

I recently discovered the joys of texting to landlines, where the BT lady reads out your message over the phone. Does anyone know if there is a charge for this? i.e. is it still the normal charge to the mobile sender for a text, and then free to listen to, or does the landline owner get charged too?

Cheers

Steve

just type a text and enter the landline number instead of the mobile number... I tried it about 5 months ago and it works quite well! except it doesnt like mobile shortcut text

It is good - only trouble (if you want to have a laugh with someone) is that it reads out the number of the person sending it.
