Just got a letter off the postie from HALFORDS Insurance replacement dept again, inside it is a voucher for £919.97 which allows me to go into any Halfords and order the bikes that were nicked from my shed while we were on our jolly days.
Also stated on their is a bonus voucher for £50 to use to buy new locks as well so im now going to Halfordsyet again to order 3 brand new bikes and 3 magum locks.

its not often i say it as insurance co. hate paying out and bang goes my no claims bonus but

Big thanks to Norwich Union Direct again for there swift response to help getting this matter sorted, and put smiles back on the faces of my kids yet again

Thx Colin, i just hope this is the end of it, its bloody horrible havin to ring up to make a claim, even worse a 2nd one 3 weeks later, as i think they think your trying it on but sending out vouchers and getting the company's to contact you has stopped a lot of dodgy claims.

good customer service by the sounds of it. just a shame they are shifting 1000's of jobs to India like most big companys are.

Took me 3 calls to Abbey Nationals call centre just to cancel a standing order, purely because they couldnt understand what i was saying and i couldnt understand them!

Agree, NU are tops at paying out - as I found out last year when the lounge ceiling collapsed due to the hot water tank splitting!
