I like the part where the NTL people say they wish to apologise to their customers. What? about this, or the ****e support you give people? Maybe this little incident might give them a clue that they need to pull thumbs out of ***** and sort things out.
Oh, and you could tell it was not serious, the person speaking did not have a foreign accent
