Not played on any of them though. It can hurt a lot BTW, I used to play in the Northern league (many years ago). Great fun but it gets expensive.

It can be very expensive. They usually give everyone 20-50 pellets, but they can go in the very first game. A whole crowd of us went from work and it cost about £60 each for a full-day.
They'll most likely give you goggles and overalls. I would wear a few thick layers underneath as the pellets sting like hell. I wore jeans and a heavy fleece under my overalls. No head shots are allowed, but it's easy to get one on the back of the head if you're not careful. You might want to wear a beanie or something to protect your head a bit more.

Take a roll of bog paper or kitchen towel with you. Your goggles will get covered in paint so you need to give them a good clean between games. If you can't see properly you will soon get shot.
The paint tastes foul as well, you are bound to get some spray into your mouth.
In the tourneys we would get through 1000 rounds each, that is £60 each on paint alone
