Hi all,

Following on from a recent tailgating thread, I was just wondering:

1) What's the worst brush with stupidity, wreckless behaviour or plain PPD (Pi*s poor driving) you've experienced?

2) What do you usually do to calm yourself down, should someone put you at risk with their stupidity?

I'll allways remember the time I was negotiating a mini roundabout- turning right, with indication-and someone cut straight across the middle of the roundabout to get to the exit before me. To this day I still don't know what he was thinking!!

When I get mad, I usually try to remember the following saying:

"He was right, dead right, as he drove along, but he's just as dead as if he'd been wrong"!

Friday Evening, M25 near the M3 junction in stop-start traffic. I had just pulled up in the jam and put my handbrake on, the BMW 5 series behind me doesn't pull up and leaves a large gap. The traffic ahead of me pulls away a few more yards, I pull up and stick my handbrake on. BMW driver behind me just accelerates hell for leather and smashes into the back of me at about 30.

To this day I will never know WTF he was thinking.
