Dodgy Parking Fine...
Just saw this story on the BBC News website - I'd love to know how this happened?!
My only theory is that the Traffic Wardens trawl the Internet and look for pictures of cars/vehicles with Number Plates and send them random fines!
Maybe they didn't realise this one was in Sweden. Oh and of course, it also assumes that Mr Nylander has pictures of his vehicle on the Internet...

Euro Parking Collection, a London-based company which collects parking fines issued to foreign registered vehicles, was unavailable for comment.

Well thats a classic one for sure!
It has been recorded that they do issue tickets to known reg no's. even when they are nowhere in sight, they are under pressure from the councils to issue as many tickets as possible and are likely to be on a bonus scheme as well. If they don't issue a tickets at a calculated rate, they risk getting the sack, as was reported in the papers a couple of days ago.
Its a disgraceful way to carry on and the councils are only too happy to get the money.
