it hurts like f00k, back and elbow, and wrist

i have on my elbow what now looks like a bad bruising, grazing, and looking like a lot of pinched skin, very red underneath, and my hand has quite a dull pain

my back, well cant really see that properly, but it hurts too

I second that 'Walk in Centre' but it may be a bit late now...I work in one and once it hits 9pm we have to get out. So check it out...if no joy go to A&E and let us know how you get one. I hope you haven't done anything serious.

Sounds harsh, but if you had broken an important bone or done some real damage you wouldn't be on here, you would be on your way to hospital already, your nervous system would take care of that!

Have a bath, get some sleep and see if it feels any better in the morning!

...or you could go to A&E for 8 hours, get some X-rays, be exposed to dangerous bacterial infections and get told to have a bath and get some sleep!

Thanks for the comments

well after posting this, i lay on the couch, and woke up at 3am !!

nothing broken, and my hand is better today, im still a little sore, and it feels like ive pulled a muscle in my chest (near my neck)

and yep if it was something more serious (broken bones etc) I wouldnt be on here posting

thankfully nothing more serious happened (although some may disagree )
