....and it's harming you in what way?

So why the need to kill it????

If you'd said there was a polar bear in your bedroom, I'd maybe see your point....

1) it can't harm you
2) it's unlikely to go near you
3) so leave it alone....

I suspect zero, but there's plenty of women who seem to fall for the odd salivating rat in bed

Apparently an average lifetime consumption if about 3 lbs of insects, spiders and crawly things.

I can't sleep with a daddy longlegs (cranefly for the uninitiated) in the room. I just know that the ******* will land on my mouth and **** in it while I sleep.

btw - Is it true about the earwigs?

there was between 15 & 20 spiders in my hotel room the other night

Apparently this is quite normal for the Travel Inn in Northampton, as they keep sneaking in from the fields !!

3 lbs is an awful lot of spiders (or one very very large one )

Earwigs - they sneak into your ears when you are asleep and lay eggs

You're lucky, over here I prefer to ensure that any 8 legged specimen has ceased to exist because.

1. It may have the potential to harm you (Funnel Web, Redback....even the Huntsman have a nasty bite that some people have bad reactions to amongst other nasties)
2. It more than likely will go near you.
3. I don't even wanna go there.

I think I have every spider protection spray in existence at hand just in case.

and then they turn round and use their pointy bits to bore into your brain so that the little ones can feed on high protein brain material when they hatch

LMW - wouldn't catch me over there I always used to hear stories about them coming up from the toilet over there - for years afterwards and to this day I will check the toilet pan under the rim and under the seat for any creepy crawlies before I go for a wee!!

I only counted about 10 in the morning !!

Apparently we all eat on average about 6 spiders a year or so they say

so rule of thumb is 'dont sleep with your mouth open'

Never had a problem there, the ones you normally see around the house are the ones called "daddy longlegs" too, but they are actually spiders.
Apparently they are the most toxic spider and only lethal if you eat them......not a good fact to know when you put the "How many spiders you consume per year every night" with it.
I do unwittingly check due to my paranoid phobia of the little beasties, nevertheless, I have actually become more tolerant of them. At times....

Imagine how the spider feels... every time it pops his head out it gets to see eight images of a lumbering gigantic beemerboy dancing and shrieking like a baby!

eating spiders at night is old wives tale rubbsih.

what the hell would a spider want to go near a human body for let alone creep inside a wet hole with air rushing in and out...hardly a normal spider house.

as for the one on the wall...there are others you cant see so just go to bed you big girl.
