Tony Blair's Impeachment?
Can anyone shed any light on this? Channel 4 seem to think that a Plaid Cymru MP is intent on starting proceedings tomorrow?

Michael Hecht is Michael Howard - he is the son of an immigrant and Hecht is apparently his real surname.
Why being the son of an immigrant makes him any less suited to being a politician is beyond me, but then again many people have some serious hang ups over the whole immigrant thing.

You are indeed correct some people have serious hang ups over the immigration 'thing'. Very sad it is.

"This matter has been put before the nation day after day over the last few years," said Mr Vaz. "All these reports have exonerated the government and it's time to move on."
Sounds more like "escaped by the skin of his teeth" than "exhonerated" to me, but what would I know.

Forgive me if you thought my post was a dig at you, it most definitely wasn't - apologies if it came across that way.
Like you I find it laughable the way some of SN's 'Daily Mail asylum seekers and immigrants are taking over the nation' type contributors are urging us to vote for a man who is himself only here because of something they despise. SN can be very weird sometimes.

Here is Adam Price's argument for impeachment (quite long).

The main worry about excessive immigration is the overcrowding in this country. Most of the population came originally from immigrants anyway, but we have got to a stage where there will not be enough room for those of us who are here now.
Gross overcrowding is the quick way to even more anarchy and serious crime.
Immigration has to be shared out more fairly amongst all the other countries too.
