Default Numberplate valuation

A little old lady near me has A1 WRC on her Xsara

I've been offered 600 quid for my private plate so what sort of cash should i be offering her for hers?

I reckon a hundered quid but I'd have thought she's paid around 250 minimum

Ideas on how to broach the subject apart from "scuse me missus can I buy your number plate?"

More like 2000 for that. I bought a similar plate and paid over a grand. Ifyou get it for less I'd say its a bargain. Do it.........

I know what its "worth" on the open market thats why I'm trying to see others' opinions

If anyone has a 2002 Sti I know that WRC 44S is available still through DVLA at 2 and a bit grand plus VAT

I'd say £100 was pushing it!!

For £2000 you can get a half decent plate and not a DVLA special.

WRC 44S is the ultimate for an O2 STi owner though

I had N3 WRC on my old STI V2 (where is that now???) which I bought from DVLA for just £250, back in 99 there were lots of WRC suffixes they have probably been snapped up now though, I wouldnt have thought it was worth that much.
