Default Petrol prices

Strange - crude oil is now 7% more expensive than it was when everyone was moaning about petrol prices 2 months ago (it was $42/barrel then, and is close on $45/barrel now).

....and yet, not seen any press or moans about it in the last week....even although it will mean higher petrol prices than we had 2 months ago.

Just an observation. Odd.

7% added to the cost of crude oil relates to a tiny hike in petrol prices - as you know, most of the cost of fuel is tax! Maybe expect a 1p rise?

In Newbury I see that NUL is STILL only 77.9p as Tesco and sainsburys fight it out!!
