what would this do to computers, security cameras, speed cameras etc.

- The Magnetic Pulser may be operated directly from a 12 Volt DC Battery like an automobile cigarette lighter. You will need to purchase an adapter cord which plugs into the cigarette lighter and has a Centre Positive, 2.1mm Plug, like a Radio Shack® part #270–1528.
