Not sure if this is the correct forum but I'm after purchase advice

Basically the cheapest insurance quote I have so far for a 99 Scooby requires that I have a tracker fitted whether I want one or not.

I've been looking at the Tracker Monitor with a lifetime subscription.
Does anyone know where they are going cheap?

I'm based in Newcastle so anywhere near by would be most excellent!!
