Anyone had pneumonia?

had it when i was 22 -12 years ago fornicating painfull and scary
too knackered to move, painfull ,no appetite taking 3 steps then stopping for breath not nice
funnily enough i was living in cardiff at the time

I've had it twice, strangely. The first time I was about 13, they thought it was menangitis so gave me a lumbar puncture (big **** needle through the vertabrae to drain fluid from brain.... can't look at a needle since) and again when I was in my late teens and living in a basement flat with bad diet and too many excesses, in bed for five weeks after that!
I suffer with weak lungs now and have a cough of some sort 70% of the year....
