Default Dual sim (ghost), 2 PAYG phone numbers on O2

Got 2 mobiles, PAYG on O2. Dont want to have to carry 2 phones around so thought of getting a dual sim, however I suspect that only one line can be active at any one time? Is there a way round this or will I need to get O2 to set up a second line on one sim card?

Or can they amalgamate (?sp) my 2 existing PAYG numbers onto one sim card?

A dual SIM back will only allow one live SIM at once.

You could use call divert from the less SIM to the other, or have a chat with O2 and see what they can do to help, I am sure you are not the only person with this problem

Orange let you use two numbers on to one sim. However, both need to be orange. Try asinkg o2 to match this. Best of luck

Hi,

only Orange support ALS (Line 2 service) - this is the only thing on any UK network similar to what you're looknig for. As for the dual SIM battery - only one is live as already mentioned !

There's no answer to ur problem m8 as dual sim/battery, only 1 sim will be live at any one time.
