advice needed about office of fair trading
hi need a bit of advice please-if you buy something on an online auction site do any of the directives etc and legal clauses(with referance to the office of fair trading website) etc regarding to traders that sell on an auction site apply to a private seller-with regards to things like the 7 day cooling of period etc or does that only apply if they are a business?have you any legal comeback with a private seller on there basically or is it a case of buyer beware
